DOMESTIC (U.S.) ORDERS:

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150. 
All items are shipped via USPS priority mail. 
Processing time from sale to shipping is 1-5 business days. 
Shipping times are 1-3 days. If you're in a rush, let us know! We'll do what we can.

RETURN SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE.
Email us at info@renee-soulie.com with the order # or item you wish to return/exchange. We will send you back a pre-paid USPS shipping label.
Returns & exchanges are welcome within 30 days of the original shipment notification date. Items must be received back in new condition with all original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
For any order over 30 days or for pieces that are defective or damaged, please email us at info@renee-soulie.com. We'll happily handle each case individually.

EXCHANGES:
For an even exchange, email us at info@renee-soulie.com noting the new item you'd like.
For all other exchanges, please return your original order and place a new order for the item you would like.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All items are shipped via USPS priority mail
Processing time from sale to shipping is 1-5 business days. 
Shipping times are 6-9 days. If you're in a rush, let us know! We'll do what we can.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to tax or VAT depending on your country's tax policies. 

We can unfortunately not offer free return shipping on international orders. We are, however, ever so grateful for all of our international customers, and we do our best to keep these costs as low as possible for you.

Once issued, gift cards are non-refundable. They do not expire.
