*HOLIDAY SHIPPING*
Order by Dec 14th for Christmas delivery.
Due to our holiday schedule, all orders placed Dec 15th or after will ship on Dec 26th.
*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*
Orders placed between Nov 1 & Dec 31 are eligible for return or exchange if received back in new condition and with original packing by Jan 30.
*FREE HOLIDAY SHIPPING*
Only applicable for orders shipping within the United States. Simply select "Free Holiday Shipping" at checkout. Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).

DOMESTIC (U.S.) ORDERS:
All items are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Processing time from sale to shipping is 1-5 business days.
Shipping times are 1-3 days. If you're in a rush, let us know! We'll do what we can.
RETURN SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE.
Email us at info@renee-soulie.com with the order # or item you wish to return/exchange. We will send you back a pre-paid USPS shipping label.
EXCHANGES:
For an even exchange, email us at info@renee-soulie.com noting the new item you'd like.
For all other exchanges, please return your original order and place a new order for the item you would like.

Processing time from sale to shipping is 1-5 business days.
Shipping times are 6-9 days. If you're in a rush, let us know! We'll do what we can.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to tax or VAT depending on your country's tax policies.

Returns & exchanges are welcome within 30 days of the original shipment notification date. Items must be received back in new condition with all original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that your shipment has tracking. Soulié can not be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
For any order over 30 days or for pieces that are defective or damaged, please email us at info@renee-soulie.com. We'll happily handle each case individually.

The above return and exchange policy also applies to gifts, however we recognize that gift giving can have a myriad of contexts. If you have special circumstances that require more than 30 days for an exchange, send us a note at info@renee-soulie.com and we will see what we can do.
