Soulié is committed to preserving culturally important artistic traditions through the creation of mutually beneficial partnerships with artisans, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurs that actively strive to better the lives of their workers. One way we do this is to ensure that our suppliers take on no debt from our collaboration by paying for all orders in full upon shipping. We strive to create non-exclusive, long term partnerships with our suppliers, allowing them to benefit from increased revenue streams and expanded access to global markets.
Each piece we offer is a unique work of art, hand crafted by skilled artisans who who set their own wages. Our artisan partners have been hand picked after years of research and travel. THE ARTISAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
In 2013, we proudly launched our Artisan Scholarship Program, which offers scholarships for study with two organizations that are changing lives by training new artisans. This program allows artisans to create sustainable livelihoods by giving them the skills they need to develop their craft or strengthen their business skills, allowing them and their products to compete in the local and world markets.
